We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the website and services for any reason, without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on our store. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
We accept payment through major credit cards and Stripe. Quotes, store transfers and store credits also available for those with a CAPS Loyalty membership. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our store. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In case of order cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid by you within a reasonable time frame.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship our products within Canada only , for any other countries you may try reach out to us and we can try and list it on our eBay. We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days but cannot guarantee this if inventory is zero at the time of purchase. We will endeavor to find products elsewhere when inventory runs out to help complete the fulfilling of the order. This may cause delays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability and shipping method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by any events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs issues, and transportation delays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from our store, except for paint orders. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions and to apply a restock fee where required. We will refund the full amount paid by you for the returned product within a reasonable time frame of 30 days or less. This doesn’t include freight charges.
BACKORDERS or FLUCTUATING INVENTORY
Given current supply shortages and potential future issues, it is possible that some items in your cart are no longer in stock and will need to be back-ordered. Please call to confirm inventory, if this is a problem.
